Location

We are located in Instructional Services (IS) 1150, down the long hallway when entering the dining area by the Garden Café. We are also across the hall from campus police and down the hall from the General Access Computer (GAC) Lab.

Knowledge Base

Our Knowledge Base is filled with articles authored and maintained by our content writing team that answer your questions regarding technology at UWGB. This can be found at GBIT Service Desk KB.

Service Portal

Our TeamDynamix Service Portal is available at GBIT Service Portal. In the service catalog, users can request services directly. It is a very helpful resource for managing your IT needs.

Operating Hours

Semester Hours: During the academic semester, the GBIT Service Desk operates as follows: These hours apply when classes are in session:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Break Hours: During winter, spring, and summer breaks, the GBIT Service Desk operates on a modified schedule: These hours apply during university breaks when classes are not in session:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed
