Assistance with Personal Devices

Overview

At the GBIT Service Desk, we understand that personal devices play an integral role in accessing various university services. Our team is committed to assisting staff and students with issues related to University of Wisconsin - Green Bay (UWGB) services on personal devices. However, we do not provide support for general troubleshooting or maintenance of personal devices that are not related to UWGB services.

Supported Services

NOTE: We only assist with personal devices when the issue is related to the following UWGB services:

  • Connecting to UWGB WiFi
  • Accessing UWGB email
  • Using Canvas for coursework
  • Utilizing other official UWGB platforms and services

If your issue falls outside these services, we recommend seeking assistance from the device's manufacturer or a third-party technical support service.
